Sead Ramovic and Khanyisa Mayo had reason to celebrate in Algeria after reaching the Coupe de Algerie final with CR Belouizdad on Tuesday night.
The Algerian giants are the defending champions and lived up to their favourites tag when beating El Bayadh 1-0 to book their place in the final.
Mayo started the match, while Abderrahmane Meziane scored the only goal of the evening.
Belouizdad will now face USM Alger in the final after they eliminated USM El Harrach by the same scoreline.
USM Alger are fourth in the league, while Belouizdad are second, seven points ahead but have played two games more.
There was more reason to celebrate for Ramovic’s side after log leaders dropped points in one of their catch-up games, losing 1-0 to Olympique Akbou.
Overall, Ramovic has been in charge of 12 games at CR Belouizdad, winning eight, drawing two and losing just two.
