Kaizer Chiefs have completed their player updates on Thursday, by also confirming that midfielder Nkosingiphile Ngcobo signed a new two-year contract with the club.
Earlier on Thursday, Chiefs had already confirmed the new deals for Brandon Petersen and Bruce Bvuma, who both also penned new two-year deals until 2026 with an option to extend.
Mshini became the third player to pen a similar extension until 2026, with his new contract also including a further one-year option.
He had arguably his best season at the club in 2020/21 under Gavin Hunt, making 40 appearances across all competitions and helping them to reach the CAF Champions League final.
Overall, Mshini has scored seven goals and set up three more.
You can still read our exclusive interview with Mshini, where he opens up on how he deals with pressure at Chiefs, overcoming his injury nightmare and the nine-year trophy drought, in edition 137 of the iDiski Times newspaper.
