TS Galaxy Technical Director Nermin Baṧić has addressed the issues surrounding his side’s FIFA ban, saying to his knowledge everything has been fixed.
The Rockets were hit with a transfer ban by the world football governing body because of player related disputes involving Vasilije Kolak and Jegbay Morris respectively.
According to reports Galaxy were banned in April 2025 followed by another one in May. The two embargos followed one of August 2024 were the Mpumalanga based outfit was hit with a three-window transfer ban because of a case involving Bernard Yao Koussi.
Baṧić was on the bench when Galaxy were eliminated from the MTN 8 by Sekhukhune United in Polokwane on Saturday as Adnan Beganovic served his suspension from the stands.
The TD said though he wasn’t the right person to answer the question he knows everything to be fixed.
“I think we fixed everything,” Baṧić answered iDiski Times.
“But it’s not a question for me. I’m just on the pitch, and I think this is the question for the President.
“But what I have information I think we fixed everything. What we have, we don’t have problems now.”
Basic also explained that the ban resulted in Galaxy just having six players on the bench for their 2025/26 opener.
“Yes we have just five (sic.) players today on the bench because other players are not registered,” he added.
“But we don’t come here to explain why we don’t have more players. We didn’t win the game here and we don’t explain about nothing.
“We have nine other players, I think in the next two weeks, they will come to the squad. They can play. They will be ready, and then we will be more, more stronger than today.
“But I’m the type who is every time, very positive, and I never complain about this. Maybe somebody, they say okay, this coach speaks about this before the game they need to excuse something.
“No, we are here to fight. We come here to win the game, and we are strong team.”
