AmaZulu FC have announced that they have parted ways with 18 players, including Ramahlwe Mphahlele and Augustine Mulenga as first called by this publication.
Usuthu have also confirmed that Etiosa Ighodaro and Sifiso Ngobeni have returned to their parent club Mamelodi Sundowns after their loan stint ended.
Having finished in the top eight to qualify for the MTN8 competition next season, AmaZulu have also already roped in goalkeeper Darren Johnson and highly-rated midfielder Thapelo Matlhoko from Kruger United and have set their sights on Richards Bay defender Keegan Allan who will be a free agent on June 30.
The club made the announcement of their 16 permanents exits on Friday night via their social media platforms.
