AmaZulu have announced the exits of George Maluleka, Augustine Kwem and Veluyeke Zulu on Friday.
Usuthu had a below par season and missed out on the top eight, however, it looks like Sandile Zungu will give head coach Pablo Franco Martin more time to prove himself.
Meanwhile, the club’s squad revamp continues after thy confirmed three departures on Friday.
They announced the departures of Maluleka and Kwem, as reported by iDiski Times earlier in the week.
Kwem, 26, has scored 11 goals in 49 games for the club since his move from TS Galaxy and has already been linked with several DStv Premiership clubs, while there has been contact with Cape Town City.
Meanwhile, Maluleka, 35, played a bit-part role with just 17 appearances for Usuthu and will move on, as head coach Martin looks to rebuild the squad.
In addition, Zulu was also released. The defender, who joined the club from Chippa United in 2022, made just five appearances in 2023/24.
