Darren Keet has parted ways with Cape Town City after four years at the club following their relegation.
The Citizens were relegated to the Motsepe Foundation Championship after they failed to secure their topflight status via the PSL Promotion playoffs with Orbit College gaining promotion at the expense of the Mother City club.
Keet, 35, has been heavy linked with a move to Sekhukhune United in recent times as he looks to reunite with his former mentor Eric Tinkler with the pair having worked together during their Citizens days.
Keet took to his social media to confirm his departure from the club:
In 104 appearances for City, Keet kept 40 clean sheets while conceding 96 goals.
