Magesi Football Club have announced the signings of Neverdie Makhubela, Camren Ashby and Lehlohonolo Mtshali on Wednesday.
The Carling Knockout Cup champions are facing a serious revamp on and off the pitch after head coach Clinton Larsen, as well as assistant Papi Zothwane left the club.
Owen Da Gama has since taken over the reigns and is preparing his team to face Betway Premiership leaders Mamelodi Sundowns on Wednesday.
Just a few hours ahead of the game, Magesi announced the arrivals of the three players, including Makhubela, who spent most of his career at Golden Arrows, but was on the books of Pirates between 2021 and 2023.
The attacking midfielder joined Richards Bay on a short-term deal last season, but became a free agents after helping them avoid relegation with 10 appearances.
Ashby, 23, and Mtshali, 30, join the club from Sekhukhune United, with both of them having made four appearances for Babina Noko this season.
Mtshali came through the ranks at Pirates, but left the Buccaneers in 2020 without making a breakthrough into the first team, having featured just twice.
In addition, the club also confirmed the return of Mcedi Vandala who rejoined the club from Sekhukhune.
