Manchester United have announced the signing of Matheus Cunha from Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The 26-year-old becomes United’s first signing ahead of the 2025/26 campaign, after netting 17 goals in 35 games across all competition this past season.
United announced the signing of Cunha on Sunday, after activating his €70 million release clause earlier in the week.
Overall, the Brazil international scored 33 goals in 92 appearances for Wolves, and he was recently crowned the club’s Players’ Player of the Season.
At United he signed a five-year deal with a one-year option.
