Official: Real Announce Mbappe Mega-Deal

Real Madrid have announced the signing of French superstar Kylian Mbappe after he became a free agent following the expiry of his Paris Saint-Germain contract.

Mbappe, 25, finally joined Los Blancos, two years after his move to the Santiago Bernabeu broke down.

Instead, the Frenchman stayed at PSG, where he won two more Ligue 1 titles, one French Cup and one French Super Cup.

However, after breaking multiple records in France and at PSG, Mbappe was out for a new challenge and his move to Los Blancos on a contract until 2029 was now confirmed.

Just two days ago, Real won their 15th UEFA Champions League title after beating Borussia Dortmund 2-0, while they also clinched this year’s LaLiga trophy.

The prospect of adding Mbappe, who scored 256 goals and set up 108 more in 308 appearances for PSG, to an already stacked squad makes Real one of the super team of the current generation.

Overall, Mbappe lifted 14 trophies at PSG, plus another wit Monaco before joining their rivals initially on loan in August 2017.
