Stellenbosch FC have announced that defender Henri Stanic has joined Tanzanian outfit Azam FC on a permanent transfer.
The Cape Winelands outfit are going through playing personnel restructuring ahead of the 2026/27 season.

Stellies made the announcement of Stanic’s exit on Saturday afternoon.
“Henri Stanic has completed a permanent transfer to Tanzanian Premier League side Azam FC.
Stellenbosch FC has bid farewell to defender Henri Stanic after the former Belgium youth international completed a permanent transfer to Azam FC.
“Stanic joined Stellenbosch at the start of last season and made 28 appearances across all competitions, helping the Maroons reach the 2025 MTN8 Final.
“The Club wishes to thank Henri for his commitment and wishes him all the best in the next chapter of his career.”
