Two New Players Spotted At Chippa

Somila Ntsundwana and Thulani Mini are being assessed by Chippa United after parting ways with their respective clubs.

Ntsundwana spent four seasons at Richards Bay after he was signed from Royal Eagles. The 28-year-old made 92 appearances in the colours of the Natal Richboyz scoring nine goals in all competitions.

Mini is a product of Chippa but left the club in 2023 to join Stellenbosch FC, where the 23-year-old played just over 70 minutes in the first team and primarily featured in the DStv Diski Challenge – helping them win the DDC league title in 2023/24 season.

iDiski Times has established that Ntsundwana and Mini are training with at Chippa under the watchful eye of head Sinethemba Badela – with a decision set to be made in the coming days.

The Eastern Cape-based side has already made five signings, Bandile Dlamini, Justice Figuareido, Khanya Mfecane, Azola Tshobeni, and Goodman Mosele ahead of the new season – but are yet to announce any new arrivals.
