Chippa Beat Pirates To Ndlovu

Chippa United have beaten Orlando Pirates to the signature of King Ndlovu, who becomes the club’s first signing under Gavin Hunt.

The goalkeeper had been training with the Buccaneers after parting ways with Black Leopards in April.

Pirates were said to be keen on another shot stopper in addition to Richard Ofori, Wayne Sandilands and Siyabonga Mpontshane.

However, iDiski Times has learned that Ndlovu has now put pen to paper on a two-year contract at Chippa after Pirates took too long to make up their mind about the player.

The 28-year-old will now become Hunt’s first signing at the Chilli Boys after the new head coach was unveiled on Wednesday.

Chippa, though, are yet to announce the signing.
