Bafana Bafana striker Lebo Mothiba has completed his loan move from RCA Strasbourg to Ligue 1 rivals ESTAC Troyes for the rest of the season.
The 25-year-old who recently returned to action after nearly two years on the sidelines with a serious knee injury has joined the club on a six-month loan.
However, there’s no option to purchase the player permanently with Strasbourg still considering the South African as an important part of their future as they chase UEFA Champions League qualification this season.
Mothiba will now be aiming to regain his fitness during his temporary spell away from the club and return to the form that saw they RCSA invest €4-million to secure him from LOSC Lille.
