Kaizer Chiefs Ladies recorded an emphatic 7-0 thrashing of Future Stars Ladies in the Gauteng Women’s Provincial League at Naturena Village on Sunday morning.

After a losing start to their debut campaign, the Glamour Girls have now gone three matches without a defeat after picking up their second win on the trot.

They succumbed to a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies in their season opener before playing to a 0-0 stalemate against M.U.S.A United.

Amakhosazana then shocked JVW FC, rallying from a goal down to beat them 2-1.

On Sunday, at the club’s homeground in Naturena, Chiefs Ladies were in rampant mood scoring seven unanswered goals.

A dominant first-half performance from the Glamour Girls saw them head into the break with a commanding 5-0 lead.

Chiefs Ladies opened the scoring just seven minutes in through a Chiefs attacker who skinned the Stars defence before slotting through the goalkeeper’s legs to make it 1-0.

Amakhosazana doubled their lead just two minutes later and the floodgates opened as the scoreboard quickly read 3-0 and then 4-0 just moments later.

It was 5-0 two minutes before the interval as the home side led comfortably though the score could’ve been worse for Stars.

In the second period, they picked up from where they left off but had to wait till the 76th minute for the sixth goal after a wasteful of chances.

The Glamour Girls put a nail in the coffin with the seventh goal in the 90th minute for the all-important maximum points.
