The TS Galaxy Queens have announced several current and former Banyana Banyana players among the club’s new squad for the Hollywoodbets Super League.
TS Galaxy president Tim Sukazi announced earlier in January that his side had bought a Hollywoodbets Super League status.
On Thursday, the newly formed team, is run by president Dudu Sukazi who welcomed the club’s new players today.
Among the club’s new names are Nomvula Kgoale, who won the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations with Banyana Banyana last year.
Other notable new players are Nompumelelo Nyandeni, who has 149 Banyana caps, Mamelodi Makhabane, with 127 caps and Busisiwe Ndimeni, with 35 caps.
Erin Herz, who has four Banyana caps, Nothando Vilakazi, with 136 caps, and Yolula Tsawe, with 17 Banyana caps, also form part of the exciting new team.
The TS Galaxy Queens, who are one of three Premier Soccer League sides to have women’s teams including Mamelodi Sundowns and Royal AM, kick off their campaign on Saturday against City Lads.
