Another Premier Soccer League club have come out and dismissed reports the club is up for sale.
GladAfrica side Platinum City Rovers Football Club, who sit in seventh position on the log, have insisted the club is not for sale now and in the future.
“We note with regret an article published on FarPost’s www.farpost.co.za earlier this morning 29 November 2021, that Platinum City Rovers Football Club is up for sale,” Platinum City said in a statement.
“The management of Platinum City Rovers Football Club, put it on record, the club is not for sale now and in the future.”
Platinum City lost 5-2 to Richards Bay on the weekend and will face Cape Town All Stars on 3 December.
They are the second GladAfrica club in the space of the week to dismiss media reports after TS Sporting Football Club also insisted their club is not for sale, despite reported otherwise by Soccer Laduma.
