Orlando Pirates have confirmed the exit of defensive duo Paseka Mako and Thabiso Monyane.
Mako, 31, joined the Buccaneers from Chippa United in July 2018 but will not see his stay extended with his contract set run down at the end of June. He featured 173 times for the Buccaneers, scoring twice and laying eight assists.
Monyane on the other hand is a youth product of the club’s reserves having tasted first team football in July 2019 with the 25-year-old going on to play 94 times for Bucs scoring four goals with a further four assists.
Pirates confirmed on Friday afternoon that they had parted ways with the two players.
