Kaizer Chiefs will continue their trend of travelling around the country for their home games for domestic and continental fixtures this season.
Amakhosi used FNB Stadium, The New Peter Mokaba Stadium and Moses Mabhida as home venues last season and could explore even more venues, potentially, according to Marketing and Commercial Director, Jessica Motaung.

While some players raised concerns last season over the extra travelling, the support the club received on the road in home games was admirable, but the performances were perhaps not at the level expected in a rather inconsistent league campaign.
And with the Soweto giants returning to Africa with the CAF Confederation Cup competition, there are set to be more opportunities around the country this coming season.
“We’re definitely a national brand, so the country is our home, so definitely we’ll be playing at FNB Stadium, but we’re certainly going to be playing in Mabhida, you see us playing in the Toyota Cup there on Saturday,” Motaung confirmed to iDiski Times.
“Then we will look at playing our other home games in other parts of the country, we also have the opportunity to play elsewhere for our CAF games, in CAF certified stadiums. Certainly, the balance of travel vs having a base here in FNB will be managed.”
Chiefs continue their pre-season preparation with the second edition of the Toyota Cup on Saturday at Moses Mabhida, facing Asante Kotoko.
