iDiski TV analyst Junior Khanye reckons that Kaizer Chiefs attacker Glody Lilepo is best suited for the striker’s role as opposed to playing on the wing.
The DRC international has been Chiefs’ most threatening this campaign though his stats have not backed him up as he’s found the net just once in eight appearances in all competitions.

Former Amakhosi winger details that because of his height advantage, Chiefs will benefit greatly if they play him as a striker because of the number of crosses they get in the opposition’s box.
“Lilepo, I think he did very well for me. Coach, wrong sub – why take him out?” he said on iDiski TV.
“This guy they’re playing him in the wrong position, he’s a striker. I don’t think he’s a winger because he shoots wherever. When he’s on the right and the posts are there, regardless of the angle, he shoots.
“Yes, technically he’s very good and knows how to cover on the left and right as well, make him a striker.
“Let him play there [striker], he’s got the height advantage since they play cross. Let him be there in front.”
