The Premier Soccer League (PSL) has confirmed the 2026 Nedbank Cup final will take place in Polokwane at the Peter Mokaba Stadium.
In a surprise turn of events this season, where they traditional giants of South African football all fall short, Premiership rookies Durban City will contest for the most prestigious domestic cup competition in the land against TS Galaxy.
Both sides ousted second-tier opposition in the semi-finals, with the Rockets overcoming Milford on penalties, while City beat Casric Stars 1-0 in a hard fought victory this past weekend.
The winner of the fixture will qualify for the CAF Confederation Cup next season, with the Rockets having tasted it back in 2019, when they stunned Chiefs – whilst still in the second-tier, to win the title and qualify for continental football as a National First Division outfit.

Durban City vs TS Galaxy – Saturday 2 May
