Reigning PSL Player Of The Season Lucas Ribeiro scored for Spanish Segunda División outfit Cultural y Deportiva Leonesa who claimed a hard-fought 1-1 away stalemate to Real Sociedad B.
The last match of the season at Estadio Ciudad Deportiva Zubieta could not separate both sides who claimed a point on match-day 42.

The point did little for Leonesa who have already suffered relegated from LaLiga 2 having finished the campaign in the automatic relegation spot, 21, alongside Real Zaragoza who occupied bottom spot.
Leonesa accumulated just 37 points all season, winning only nine matches, suffering a whopping 23 defeats, more than any other team, and playing to 10 draws. They also conceded the most joint goals with 68, along with Mirandes.
After his controversial exit from Mamelodi Sundowns, which made global headlines, the 27-year-old Brazilian was expected to make a huge impact at Leonesa but things turned out for the worst as they were sent back down after just a season of being promoted from the Third Division.
While Sundowns were being crowned CAF Champions League winners and then Redbull Diski Last Namba champions on the other side, Ribeiro was already being relegated a division down on the other end.
Against Zaragoza, Ribeiro opened the scoring for the visitors in the 56th minute before the hosts levelled matters through Arkaitz Mariezkurrena in the 61st minute for a share of the spoils.
He took his Leonesa stats to six goals with two assists in 31 outings ahead of his high-profile move back to Africa.
As first reported by iDiski Times, Ribeiro is in advanced discussions over a potential move to Libyan giants Al Ittihad Tripoli, in what would set up a reunion with head coach Rulani Mokwena.
The prospect of a reunion with Mokwena is believed to be a significant factor in Costa’s deliberations. The two worked closely together at Sundowns before his exit to Wydad Athletic Club and later MC Alger.
