Chicago Fire attacker Puso Dithejane has opened up about how his stay at the MLS club has been so far, having joined the side at the start of this year.
Dithejane moved to Chicago in January from TS Galaxy, joining fellow South African Mbekezeli Mbokazi, who signed for the team in November last year.

While he initially struggled for game time when he was still new to the setup, the winger has been getting more minutes as time has gone on. He has made nine appearances for the first team so far.
When asked to describe his time in the United States, Dithejane characterized his season as “upward, elevating.”
“I told myself that, ‘this is your life now, and you came here for a purpose’. Let every single ounce of your potential show on the pitch,” he told Chicago Fire media department.
“When the coach gives you the nod, you go out there and challenge them with everything you have.
“When I first arrived, I felt the gap, but now I want them to see that I’m here to play. I’m here as an elite professional and I’m entirely serious about my work.
“To describe my season so far, I’d say it’s going upward, it’s elevating. That’s what I can say.”
