Ex-Banyana Star Ends 4-Year Europe Stay, Joins HWBSL Side

Hollywoodbets Super League Amplified outfit Ramatlaohle Ladies FC have announced the signing of former Banyana Banyana defender Noko Matlou on Monday.

Matlou recently parted ways with Spanish outfit SD Eibar after four years and makes a return home to join her hometown club in Limpopo.

The 40-year-old is Banyana’s second most-capped player, behind Janine Van Wyk on 185, with 174 appearances having racked up 66 goals for the senior women’s national team between 2007–2025.

Ramatlaohle have expressed delight in snapping up the former CAF Women’s Footballer of the Year, with their sole focus this season being to retain their top-flight status.

Ramatlaohle are debutants in the HWBSL and currently occupy fifth place in the SuperRise stream after narrowly beating Ezemvelo 2-1 in their clash this past weekend.
