Sekhukhune United have announced the departures of three technical team members ahead of the 2026/27 season.
Babina Noko are once again conducting a major revamp at the squad after missing out on the top four and CAF inter-club football last season.
They have appointed former Kaizer Chiefs co-coach Cedric Kaze as their new head coach, with former Richards Bay co-coach Papi Zothwane as assistant alongside Paulos Masehe.
On Thursday evening the club confirmed the exit of key members from the previous technical team under Eric Tinkler, with Andre Arendse, Marc van Heerden and Kyle Solomon all departing the club.
“Sekhukhune United Football Club confirms the departure of the following members of the Club’s technical team ahead of the 2026/27 Betway Premiership season:
- Mr Andre Arendse
- Mr Marc van Heerden
- Mr Kyle Solomon
“The Club extends its sincere appreciation to Andre, Marc and Kyle for their professionalism, dedication and valuable contribution during their time with Babina Noko.
“The Club wishes to thank them for their excellent service and commitment throughout their tenure.”
The club also parted ways with Daniel Cardoso and goalkeeper Renaldo Leaner, whose contracts were not extended as exclusively reported by iDiski Times.
These two come as shock exits following the mutual termination of their contracts with Lesiba Nku, Lebogang Phiri, Ronaldo Maarman, Sphiwe Mahlangu, and Samkele Sihlali.
The club also confirmed the exits of Bradley Grobler, Thabang Monare, Sikhosonke Langa, Katlego Mohamme, Ryan Baartman and Rivaldo Coetzee.
