Siwelele FC are on the verge of securing Orlando Pirates defender Thabiso Sesane with talks in the final stages.
iDiski Times can confirm that Siwelele are currently in advanced talks with the Buccaneers in order to complete the signing of Sesane and are weighing up both options for the move on either a loan or permanent switch.

Sesane, 26, was restricted to just a single appearance for Pirates last season which was in the Nedbank Cup which his progress having been halted by a ruptured Achilles tendon he sustained in February 2025.
Lehlohonolo Seema’s side has lost the experience of Nyiko Mobbie at the back and are now pushing for this move to consolidate their defence with Sesane bringing experience and leadership in the defensive set-up.
The Green and White are also edging closer to finalizing a deal with another Pirates player, Selaelo Rasebotja. There has been lots of player movement between the two sides in the current window transfer.
Siwelele already started with their pre-season, and they have secured striker Jason Clifford as a free agent after his contract with Marumo Gallants expired.
The aim is to see themselves fighting for honours this season after managing to secure their top-flight status in the first season.
