Kaizer Chiefs Ladies claimed back-to-back wins after seeing off FC Raycon 2-0 away at Esiqongweni Grounds on Sunday afternoon.
Unathi Mabena’s charges picked up from where they left off in their previous tie with a resounding 5-3 success over Hallelujah Zebra Force Soccer Team on Saturday afternoon at Naturena Village.
This was after they had narrowly gone down 2-1 to Blue Birds Ladies in their previous clash to mark their second defeat of the campaign.
In the clash against Zebra Force, Amakhosazana went into the break with both sides locked at 2-2 after a scintillating first period.
Strikes from Lumka Qhekeka in the 16th minute and Zanele Kunyamane in the 37th minute kept the home team firmly in the tie.
In the second stanza, Chiefs Ladies turned up the heat with Lizza Mokoena grabbing the third in the 78th minute and Nonhlanhla Maci making it four in the 80th minute. Mokoena then grabbed her brace in the 86th minute for the afternoon as Amakosazana picked up all three points.
It was back-to-back wins for the Glamour Girls as Tshimo Kekana and Nkamogeleng Tshoke netted for the all-important maximum points on the road against Raycon.
