Polokwane City and Kaizer Chiefs have announced their starting XIs for today’s Betway Premiership clash at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium.
Rise & Shine host Amakhosi in a bid to return to winning ways. After beating Richards Bay in the league’s opening match, Polokwane have lost two and drawn three.
Meanwhile, Chiefs are still unbeaten in the league, collecting three wins and two draws. With another win on Saturday, they could move past Soweto rivals Orlando Pirates into second place, as the league champions are on CAF duty.
The last three games between the two only produced one goal, when Chiefs beat Polokwane 1-0 at home last campaign, while the other two clashes ended goalless.
Polokwane last beat Amakhosi in December 2024, running away with a 2-0 home win.
