After scoring his first Europa League goal on Thursday, Mofokeng set up his side’s opener in today’s clash at Royal Antwerp via Mateo Biondic in the 51st minute.
Mofokeng was again substituted after 64 minutes, which seems to become a common decision by head coach David Hubert.
His side managed to score a second goal via Denzel De Rove in the 78th minute, while the home team had Bahmed Deuff sent after 69 minutes.
The win saw USG reclaim the top of the log with 19 points from seven games. They are level with Gent but have a much better goal difference with +18 to +9.
Mofokeng, meanwhile, has collected five goal involvement already – four goals and one assist in his nine appearances for his new club, with three strikes and today’s assist coming in his last four games.
