The draw for the Prince Mangosuthu Legacy Cup has been confirmed, with AmaZulu FC, Shauwn Mkhize-owned Mbabane Highlanders AM, Nsingizini Hotspurs and Ulundi United set to participate.
The pre-season tournament, which was established in 2017, held its draw in Ulundi on Tuesday.
This year’s edition will be played on Saturday, 18 July, at the Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi Stadium.
AmaZulu, the founding club of the competition, are the only Betway Premiership side taking part this year, while ABC Motsepe League outfit Ulundi United will be represent as the local club.
The tournament also features two clubs from Eswatini. Treble winners Nsingizini Hotspurs, coached by South African Mandla Qhogi, will face Mbabane Highlanders, who are owned by South African businesswoman Shauwn Mkhize.
Mkhize previously owned Royal AM, who were expelled from the Premier Soccer League (PSL) when Board of Governors officially voted to remove the club with immediate effect in 2025.
This was due to severe financial and governance failures stemming from a R40-million tax debt owed to the South African Revenue Service (SARS) by club owner Mkhize.

Semi-finals:
- AmaZulu FC vs Ulundi United – 9:00
- Nsingizini vs Mbabane – 12:00
