Banyana Banyana head coach Dr Desiree Ellis has announced her preliminary squad for the 2025 CAF Women’s Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
The African champions are currently gearing up for the continental showpiece with lined-up friendly internationals with Botswana and Zambia.

South Africa got their Tri-Nations Series with a five-goal thriller against Botswana winning 3-2 on Wednesday, 28 May, at the Lucas Moripe Stadium.
Ellis has named her squad which will later be trimmed before Banyana put together their final touches as they look to defend their title.
The tournament will be staged in Morocco from 5–26 July 2025.
