Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Miguel Cardoso has once again expressed his unhappiness with his side’s loaded fixture schedule after their 4-2 win over Sekhukhune United.
Masandawana mainly eased through another win, their 17th in 19 league games to go 15 points clear of second-placed Orlando Pirates, who have four games in hand.

The match was Sundowns’ eighth game already in February, making it an average of a game around every three days, which left Cardoso fuming after the full-time whistle.
“I can only repeat it, it’s absolutely insane what’s happening to Sundowns,” he told SuperSport TV.
“The schedule is insane, it’s not normal. It doesn’t respect the human being and I think it should be fought and well-considered because I don’t know how it’s possible.
“But we keep alive, we struggle and we continue pushing forward for sure.”

Cardoso also was unhappy with his side conceding a cheap second goal against Sekhukhune, which threw some of his plans to rest players out of the window.
“Unfortunately we suffered this stupid second goal,” he added.
“It was not my plan. In this moment, there is no need for this. Overconfidence sometimes makes you make mistakes.
“In that moment I was preparing two substitutions to replace two players and I could not do them.
“I should not have pushed the players to such limits but we needed to win today and then we think about tomorrow.”
Sundowns are back in action on Saturday when they will face Kaizer Chiefs at Lucas Moripe Stadium.
