Kaizer Chiefs head coach Nasreddine Nabi has confirmed that Ashley Du Preez and Rushwin Dortley will miss this afternoon’s clash against Golden Arrows
after suffering knocks and discomforts.
Both players had to be stretchered off the park in their comeback 2-1 win over Stellenbosch FC at FNB Stadium.
As a revitalized Amakhosi outfit look to make it back-to-back league wins in 2025 and move into fourth place, the Tunisian mentor will have to do without the services of the duo.
“We have picked up a few injuries,” Nabi told the club’s website.
“Ashley Du Preez is out after having to come off against Stellenbosch and, according to estimates from our medical staff, could be back within four weeks.
“In addition, Rushwin Dortley picked up a knock in the same game, and we don’t want to take any unnecessary risks, so he will sit out today’s match,” he said.
The clash between Chiefs and Arrows kicks off at 15:30.
