Kaizer Chiefs have suffered another blow around Gaston Sirino, who is among six players who are ruled out of their clash against TS Galaxy.
Amakhosi will be hoping to return to winning ways after their 2-0 defeat to Polokwane City.
The Glamour Boys will take a trip to Nelspruit in the province of Mpumalanga for their penultimate match of 2024, facing TS Galaxy on Monday, 16 December.
However, they will have to do it without the services of several key players.
“Kaizer Chiefs coach Nasreddine Nabi will be without six influential players for their upcoming Betway Premiership clash against TS Galaxy on Monday,” the club stated.
“The injured players include midfielders Edson Castillo, Nkosingiphile Ngcobo and Gaston Sirino, defenders Dillan Solomons and Bradley Cross, as well as goalkeeper Brandon Petersen.
“The players sustained their injuries in various matches but are expected to return to action soon. Despite these injury setbacks, Amakhosi are focused on preparing for the encounter and confident of delivering a strong performance.”
Galaxy are currently 11th on the log and have collected nine points in as many games., while Chiefs are in ninth place, with 11 points after 8 matches.
