Marumo Gallants head coach Abdeslam Ouaddou praised Betway Premiership side Stellenbosch FC for their development structure.
Ouaddou seems to have been settling well in South Africa after winning three matches in his first five including a massive win against Orlando Pirates. Losing to Stellenbosch and Sekhukhune United.
Having already faced Stellenboach twice in his career, Ouaddou had high praises for the Cape Winelands side. He breaks down what he likes about Steve Barker’s side. Specifically mentioning their development structure and their recruitment team.

“I can give you the example of Stellenbosch, they are a development club with an academy, they are working well, and they have a vision,” Ouaddou said to the media.
“They know exactly what they want to reach and we can be there in the CAF competition with very talented boys, they scout very cleverly, they don’t buy very expensive guys they know exactly what they want.
“And they have a very professional organisation inside the club and everybody knows exactly what he has to do, that’s what we are expecting with modern football.”
