Former Kaizer Chiefs striker Lehlohonolo Majoro has chosen Lucas Costa Ribeiro and Relebohile Mofokeng as the two candidates for the Player of the Season accolades.
An exciting event at Idas Valley Sports Ground organized by BW Cares and Betway Premiership partnered with Manchester City saw veteran striker Majoro showing his skills to the next generation of players in the country.

Majoro is one the few players to have played for both Chiefs and Orlando Pirates and following a good season for both Ribeiro and Mofokeng, the Brazilian scooped the Lesley Manyathela Golden Boot after scoring 16 goals with nine assists while Mofokeng had seven assists and five goals.
“That’s a very good one. There’s a couple of guys that played their role; Ribeiro from Sundowns,” ‘Major’ told the media.
“Not only a top goalscorer, he’s also a creator. He has more assists. Relebohile Mofokeng also raised his hand towards that category.
“But other than those two, I don’t know who else, but like those two, are the ones that I believe one of them will be crowned Betway Player of the Season.”
