Meanwhile, Ertugral guided City to three wins in four games – including back-to-back victories over Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates – to see off strong competition from Sekhukhune United FC coach, Lehlohonolo Seema as well as Phuti Mohafe of Polokwane City FC.
The Betway Premiership Goal of the Month award went to Mamelodi Sundowns’ Costa for his acrobatic strike against Magesi FC in Polokwane.

Ribeiro’s goal edged equally intense competition from Mfundo Vilakazi’s solo strike in Kaizer Chiefs’ victory over Sekhukhune United, as well as Devin Titus’ clinical finish for Stellenbosch FC in their win over AmaZulu FC.
