Mamelodi Sundowns captain Themba Zwane has urged supporters to fill up Lucas Masterpieces Moripe Stadium this afternoon – as they look to wrap up their eighth consecutive league title as swiftly as possible this season.
Sundowns host Stellenbosch – who are aiming to secure another third placed finish this season – and need four points from their final three games to oust Orlando Pirates to the league title.

Zwane, who recently returned to the field of play after a long-term Achilles injury will be aiming to get some minutes against Steve Barker’s side, as they also edge closer to the CAF Champions League final this month against Pyramids FC.
“I ask supporters to come in numbers, we really need them for this one, it’s an important game for us, whenever they are there, they bring that excitement for us, so I ask them to come in numbers,” he said.
“It’s a crucial moment for us, we’re close to winning the league, we just need to keep our heads down, focus on the game remaining and be humble – work hard, stick to the process and yeah keep on pushing and finish this thing off and celebrate as a team.”

Mshishi suggested it wouldn’t be wise to pay special attention on a single player from the Cape Winelands side as they don’t work and thrive off individual brilliance to get results.
“Lesiba Nku is a quality player [we need to look out for] but they have a lot of quality players, they are a hard-working team,” Zwane said.
“You can’t single one out and say one is tougher than the other. They are strong collectively, so it will be an exciting one to watch.”
