New Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper Fiacre Ntwari has hailed his former goalkeeper coach Greg Etafia for his role in improving his game in his first professional season as a keeper.
Ntwari worked with the former Nigeria international last season, upon joining from AS Kigali, going on to keep nine clean sheets as the Rockets made a historic top 8 finish in the league. His exploits earned him a big money move to the Glamour Boys on a three-year deal in the process.

The goalkeeper spoke to iDiski Times writer Sinethemba Makonco in the edition 163 about how encouraging the former Moroka Swallows man had been to him.
“Etafia played a big role in my first season because he was a keeper in this league for a long time,” Ntwari told iDiski Times.
“So, he’s sharing the experience he has and pushing us every day. He always likes to tell me every game, ‘Listen my boy, you are the best goalkeeper,’ so it motivates me so much.
“Yeah, Etafia is my legend.”
