Durban City assistant coach Musa Nyatama has weighed in on the arrival of two former Kaizer Chiefs players at the club.
Nyatama, who recently joined the club, is serving as assistant coach under the former Kaizer Chiefs mentor, who recently took over from Pitso Dladla.
The young coach’s appointment comes at the same time with the signings of Gaston Sirino and Tashreeq Morris who were turning out for Amakhosi.
Nyatama feels the two players along with other new players will give the team a boost and will help them much especially in the CAF Confederation Cup.
“I think with the signings we have made so far, the likes of Sirino and Morris from Kaizer Chiefs,” said Nyatama on Gagasi FM.
“They bring a lot of experience, they will help us but we will still sign one or two in one or two positions where we need to strengthen.
“Like I said, this season we’re going to have many matches [due to CAF Confederation Cup and MTN8].
“So, we need the team to have a depth so that we can be able to compete in the CAF Confederation Cup.”
