Orlando Pirates kick off their 2024/25 Betway Premiership campaign with a home clash against Chippa United and avoid facing Mamelodi Sundowns in the first 10 matches.
The Buccaneers start their domestic campaign in the MTN8 quarter-final against SuperSport United, with potential MTN8 semi-finals and also CAF Interclub rounds to take place before the Betway Premiership kicks off.
With an international window also happening in early September, fans of the Sea Robbers will need to wait until 14 September until they can see their heroes in league action.
Jose Riveiro’s men have a rather easy first round of fixtures, facing just two teams who finished inside the top eight in their first five games.
