Orlando Pirates have announced their starting line-up for their clash against arch rivals Kaizer Chiefs in a sold out FNB Stadium.
Following back-to-back defeats to Pyramids FC in the CAF Champions League and Sekhukhune United in the league, Pirates aim to bounce back and push the title race further even though it’s no longer in their hands.
After the Buccaneers have already won MTN8 and are in the final of Nedbank Cup, they now look to secure second spot so that they can return to the CAFCL next season.
Against Chiefs today, they will be out Nkosinathi Sibisi who has been rock solid for them at the back after he received a red card midweek against Sekhukhune United. He joins the likes of Olisah Ndah and Thabiso Sesana who are out with injuries.
The Buccaneers have won the last four games against Chiefs, with Patrick Maswanganyi scoring a last-minute winner in the reverse fixture.
