The Premier Soccer League have confirmed that chairman Dr. Irvin Khoza will address the public and media in an important press conference on Wednesday.
There have been rumours that DStv pulled out of their sponsorship agreement with the PSL and betway is set to take over.
On Wednesday, the PSL chairman is expected to announce the changes after the league’s executive invited for a press conference at the PSL headquarters in Parktown.
“The Premier Soccer League (PSL) Chairman, Dr. Irvin Khoza, will host a press conference on Wednesday, 24 July 2024. Members of the media are invited to attend,” said a statement.
UPDATE:
Dr. Khoza announced that betway will be the new title sponsor’s of SA’s top flight, which is now known as Betway Premiership.
