Defender Qobolwakhe Sibande has been spotted back with his former club, Stellenbosch FC, as they prepare for the upcoming season.
The 26-year-old left-back was seen playing in a pre-season friendly against Richards Bay in Durban.
Sibande was with Stellies from 2022 to 2024 before moving to fellow Betway Premiership side TS Galaxy, where he spent two seasons.
In January of this year, he left Galaxy to sign for Egyptian outfit Petrojet SC, spending six months there before returning to South Africa.
iDiski Times understands that Sibande has yet to put pen to paper on a formal deal to reinforce Gavin Hunt’s squad.
So far, Stellenbosch has already secured the signatures of Thabiso Lebitso, Lehlogonolo Matlou, Sinoxolo Kwayiba, Tlakusani Mthethwa, Nathan Grow, and Terrence Mashego.
