Sekhukhune United is closing in on re-signing Zambian international and ZESCO United goalkeeper Toaster Nsabata.
Nsabata left Sekhukhune United in July 2023 to join ZESCO United on a free transfer after spending two good seasons with the Limpopo based side. The veteran goalkeeper made 36 appearances in the colours of Babina Noko, kept 14 clean sheets and conceded 29 goals.
Information from a reliable Zambian sources is that Nsabata is on way back to Sekhukhune United on a free transfer after his contract expired with ZESCO United expired and wont be renewed at the end of June. According to the information Nsabata is expected to be with Babina Noko when they start training on Tuesday.
The 31-year-old is seen as a good replacement for Ivorian international Badra Ali Sangare who has left the club after his contract expired. Nsabata is aiming to keep his place in the national team of Zambia ahead of the upcoming AFCON that will be hosted in Morocco.
