‘Ben10’ was not particularly happy with how they showed up and admitted that they had to tweak a few things in the second period to look like a better side.
“I think the first half we created chances, others we couldn’t convert,” he told OP TV.
“It was a bit scrappy because they were a bit more in control of the ball. We were playing off second balls which is something we’re not used to.
“So, I think we had to fix things in the second half and adjust so that we could become better.
“I’m also happy to have helped the team so that we could get back into the game.
“Even though we didn’t win, we really wanted a better result today.
“And, I also think that there’s plenty that we need to fix for the upcoming game.”
Pirates finish off their season with a home game against Magesi FC eSgodini on Wednesday, 29 May.
