Mamelodi Sundowns have moved close to their eighth consecutive league title after a routine 3-0 win over relegation-threatened Richards Bay on Wednesday afternoon.
Sundowns got off to best possible start with Arthur Sales opening, with his sixth goal of the season – which set the tone for the walkabout against a Natal Richboyz.

Denis Onyango never had to make a meaningful save to make for the whole opening half, and before the break Iqraam Rayners added the second.
It was plain sailing from there, with rather how much Sundowns were going to score, rather than if the visitors could stage a meaningful comeback.
Marcelo Allende then netted a rare goal, only his second this season in 40 games across all competitions to make it three in the second half to move 12 points ahead of Orlando Pirates, who lost 1-0 to Sekhukhune United at Orlando Stadium.
