iDiski TV analyst Benedict Vilakazi has named his 2024/25 Betway Premiership Team of the Season with champions Mamelodi Sundowns dominating with seven players and the other four from his other former side Orlando Pirates.
Bafana Bafana captain Ronwen Williams in manning the goals in Tso’s team and in front of him are his teammates Khuliso Mudau at right-back, Aubrey Modiba on the left with the centre-back pairing of Grant Kekana and Pirates’ Nkosinathi Sibisi.
The former Buccaneers captain’s midfield consists of Teboho Mokoena, Marcello Allende and Patrick Maswanganyi. His front three includes two Pirates stars in Relebohile Mofokeng on the left-wing, Tshegofatso Mabasa who top scored for the club (7 goals) being the centre-forward supported by the season’s top goal scorer (16 goals) Lucas Ribeiro playing on the right-wing.
