After their impressive win over the weekend, Orlando Pirates players dominated the CAF Champions League Team of the Week.
Four South Africans were included in Sofascore’s CAFCL team of the week, with three of those players coming from Pirates.
Patrick Maswanganyi, Kabelo Dlamini and Deon Hotto were all included after excellent performances in their 3-0 win over Stade D’Abidjan.
Meanwhile, despite a nine-man Mamelodi Sundowns losing 1-0 to Raja Club Athletic, Ronwen Williams also made the team for his strong showing out in Morocco.
