Orlando Pirates head coach Abdeslam Ouaddou says he wants his side to make a statement against Lioli FC amidst criticism of being ‘overrated’.
Pirates hold a 3-0 lead from the first leg that was played out in the Free State last week and return at Orlando Stadium for the first time since winning the MTN8 title for the fourth consecutive season.

With a major lead, Pirates have one foot into the 2nd preliminary round of the CAF Champions League qualifiers, a competition, they reached the last-four of last season.
But Ouaddou says there’s absolutely no room for complacency, overconfidence and expects them to put on a show for their home supporters in Soweto on Saturday afternoon.
“Tomorrow I really want my players to show the superiority, to show the level of Orlando Pirates,” he said.
“Because I cannot accept, I cannot accept as a coach that we are insulting my players to say that we are overrated. My players are not overrated.
“We are Orlando Pirates; one of the best club in Africa, one of the best club in the continent and tomorrow I’m expecting a lot of motivation from my players just to show really the level of Orlando Pirates.
“It’s why I tell you it will not be an easy game for everybody, but I want a very, very important redeem and very big motivation from my players
“Because I don’t accept that my players are overrated. My players are good players.”
The two sides meet tomorrow at 15h00 at eSgodini.
