Former Orlando Pirates captain Benedict Vilakazi says young attacking midfielder Mohau Nkota reminds him of former Real Madrid and Wales winger Gareth Bale with his speed and power.
Nkota has enjoyed a sensational time with the Buccaneers first team since being promoted from the development side and has become an influential member in attack.

The 20-year-old was once again key when Pirates defeated Ivorian side Stade d’Abidjan in the CAF Champions League, creating two of their three goals scored in Orlando over the weekend.
Tso was impressed, however, said Nkota needs to work harder in areas he is strong and not want to be like his partner in attack Relebohile Mofokeng and that will assist him in the player getting on the score sheet more.
“He reminds me of Gareth Bale,” said Tso on iDiski TV.
“Gareth Bale had speed and power he knew how to use speed and power. He didn’t want to be like Vinicius [Junior], where he dribbles and closes with the ball and then use his speed and scores no, no, no.
“He knew he has speed and he has got power so if I can capitalise on my strength then I’ll be a better player.
“With Nkota he is not like Mofokeng he has got speed he has got power. Mofokeng is very smart, ekasi we’d call him a trickster that can pick your pocket you so in essence different to Nkota though both of them are wingers.
“So, my advice to him is to work where he is strong at which is speed and power but have combination play with his teammates to pass him wide and use his speed and power isolate the centre-backs and with [Tshegofatso] Mabasa available the boy will score. He shouldn’t cut in early he should stretch the defender wide.”
